Expressions of Interest

AN INVITATION FROM
THE NATIONAL INSURANCE SCHEME (NIS)
FOR THE SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)
TO OFFER SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR NIS
 
NIS is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified companies/firms for the development of software within management’s specifications.
 
The software will be designed and developed to incorporate varying aspects of the Scheme’s operations and will also consist of a supporting web application.  Further details on the project can be found by visiting the following link http://www.nis.org.gy/eoi                                                                                 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR SELECTION
 Companies/firms must have:

  • Completed at least three (3) projects that are similar to the proposed project and provide client name and client contact number
  • At least three years experience in the field of Software Development

 
SUMMARY OF REQUIRED CONTENTS OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
As an indicator, EOIs submitted must contain:

  • A Conceptual design proposal outlining how the Software will be developed and operated
  • Background information of the company or participants of the joint venture/ consortium, including identifying the structure of relationships and provision of proof of incorporation, etc. (Company Profile)

 
The expression of interest must be submitted in an Envelope LABELED at the TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER with the description “EOI – Software Development” and addressed to:

The deadline for submission of EOI is Monday, November 27th, 2017 at 9 am.
